BYMT Auditions are for anyone aged 11-21 looking to kick-start their career in the performing arts - join BYMT 2019 Company!
You are auditioning to be part of BYMT’s 2019 Summer Season where, if successful, you’ll be placed on a two/three-week project to create a brand-new piece of music theatre with a team of theatre professionals. BYMT projects are residential - so you'll be living away from home - and take place in July/August across the UK. The selection process is not based on geography, so you may not be placed on the course closest to where you live.
The audition is a 3.5 hour group workshop where you’ll be led by a professional director, a musical director and a choreographer. Please read the full details of the auditions process and what to prepare, before attending the audition, found HERE.

What should I bring to the audition?
You will need to wear loose comfortable clothing (NOT JEANS), trainers or jazz shoes and bring a bottle of water. If you haven't already supplied a photo when booking, you will need to need to download and fill in our Audition REGISTRATION FORM (on the right) and bring it along with you with two colour passport sized photos attached to the form.
BYMT offers the special audition rate of £5 to those in receipt of Pupil Premium (free school meals). This offer can be claimed by using promotion code FSM-19 when booking online or booking over the phone 020 8563 7725; the participant will need to bring proof of their receipt of Pupil Premium to their audition.
